Technology is amazing. Today I was on my cell phone walking to a neighborhood restaurant for lunch while talking on a conference call with three other people from three different parts of the world. I was in Florida, Tim was in Southern California, Molly was in St. Louis and Jay was in Liberia.
We were planning our presentations: What we're going to say, how we're going to say it, how they'll be presented, who we'll be presenting to, etc.
Molly works for Applied Scholastics International. She is going to provide all the materials we'll need. Jay is Tim's longtime Liberian friend. He is the point man on the ground for this project. Can't wait to meet him.
Looking ahead, from Weather.com here is the weather forecast for Liberia's capital city of Monrovia for the first ten days we will be there. Talk about consistent. Hot and rainy.
