Yesterday I got a phone call from the General Consulate of Liberia in New York City. Turns out, the visa applications we overnighted to them were complete except for one thing. They were missing a pre-paid return FedEx envelope. So yesterday afternoon I FedExed a Fedex envelope to the consulate. Our visas are now en route.
By the way, I should make clear that it is not standard procedure to mail one's Liberian visa applications to the consulate. The fact that we did successfully speaks to the level which Tim is known and respected in Liberia. He has important Liberian friends who help him get things done. He is a powerhouse and I am thrilled to partner with him on this grand adventure.

The eleven stripes on the Liberian flag symbolize the signatories of the Liberian Declaration of Independence, red and white symbolizing courage and moral excellence.
